Perfect blend

I am herewith one more card for the Coffee loving Cardmakers Fall blog hop.

For this card, I am using the freebie Coffee time Perfect blend offered by the Bugaboo Stamps.

Here's my card!

I began by printing the digi on a white CS. Coloured the digi with my pencil colours. (I have used simple/basic pencil colours) Die-cut the digi with a stitched circle die. Stamped the sentiment at the bottom of the die-cut. I distressed the edge of the die-cut using Fossilized amber DI. On the front panel a pastel green card base, I tied a twine. Adhered a yellow coloured doily on it by keeping the edges of the doily open (not sticking them) Adhered the circle die-cut over the doily using foam adhesive. Lastly, added few dew drops to finish my card.

One more look at the card!

Here's my card!

For this card, I have used the Fiskars Latte love Clear stamps set.

I took a white card panel, die-cut a stitched circle from the centre of it. Used the panel for this card. I took the coffee beans stamp from the set and stamped them randomly with brown pigment ink around the circle. I adhered a small yellow coloured card from the backside of the panel so as to cover the die-cut circle. Stamped the sentiment in the centre. I stuck a strip of gold washi tape around the panel (only two corners are seen in the picture)

On a brown Card base, I adhered a beige coloured panel. The white card panel was mounted over this. On a white CS, I stamped the coffee cups, coloured and fussy cut the cups. I adhered the first cup on the card, overlapping the die-cut circle. Mounted the second coffee cup with foam adhesive overlapping the first cup.
Lastly, added few sequins to complete my card.

Another look at my card!

Shimmer tags

 Hello friends,

Today I have a set of tags on the blog today. I am sharing a tutorial of these tags.

 Here's a look at them.

To begin with, I took white coloured ready tags...You can even cut them from a white CS.

Take the tag, secure it on the table with washi tape. Secure the stencil over the tag with washi tape. Take sufficient shimmer paste (Separate stencil and shimmer paste for each tag) and evenly spread it across/through the stencil.

Repeat the same for all the three tags. After applying a generous layer of the shimmer paste, I let it air-dry. (You can heat-set it)

Once dry I sprayed two of the tag with the coordinating shimmer sprays from my DT kit. (Spray each separately)
The shimmer pastes and shimmer sprays are extremely versatile and beautiful in itself.

For the third tag, I coloured the background using distress ink.
(Applying DI on the craft mat and picking up the colour with water brush)

Let the tags dry again

Next, I started layering the tags with pollens and lots of flowers.

I tried to use the matching coloured flowers and pollens for each tag.

I stamped a sentiment for each tag from the stamp sets and mounted them on the tag using foam adhesive. I tied twines along with coordinating ribbon through the punched hole. Lastly added matching sequins to add some elements.

Here's few more pictures of the tags

It was really exciting playing with the shimmer pastes and the shimmer sprays.

Can you tell me which tag is your favourite?

Coffee kindness

Hi friends,
It's time for the Fall coffee lovers blog hop
It is always fun and exciting to participate in this challenge with so much talent around.

Here's my card for this challenge.

I have used the Happy Fall digital stamp from CraftinDesertDivas. CDD offered this freebie digi for the blog hop.

I coloured this digi and die-cut it using a stitched circle die.
I die-cut one more circle with a pattern paper.

I created the background by blending fossilised amber DI and mustard seed using foam tool and sprinkling water over it. After trimming this card panel to size, I adhered it to a Grey Card base. Mounted the two die-cut circles (Pattern paper and the coloured digi) over the card. Heat embossed the sentiment on a black card strip. Mounted it over the circle with foam adhesive. Lastly, added two maple leaves to add some FALL element.

I would like to thank CraftinDesertDivas for this amazing Digi provided for the blog hop.

Thank you for dropping by.
Would love to read your feedback!

Tickled pink

I have a CAS card on the blog today.

I have used the My Favorite Things (MFT) Hogs and Heaven stamp set for this card.

I stamped the two images together on a white card panel (to show that they are together). Coloured the images with my pencils colors. Stamped the sentiment. On a white card base adhered a strip of pattern paper from MFT at the bottom. Trimmed the card panel as per the size such that 1" of the strip is visible. Adhered the panel with the stamped images over the card base. Covered the images with Glossy accents to enhance them. A little green coloring at the base of the images. Lastly added a strip of silver at the joint of the card panel and the pattern paper.

(Sorry friends... I am extremely unhappy with the photographs... But the climate here has been cloudy for the past few days... and couldn't get better clicks. I would be trying to click few pictures tomorrow morning again. Hopefully, I do get some clear pictures.)

Thank you for dropping by.
I do love reading through your comments.

I will catch you, if you fall

Hello, friends!
Today I am Guest designing at Send a smile 4kids challenge blog.
Thank you, Karen, for this wonderful opportunity.

Theme of the challenge is "Fall colors 4 kids"

Here's my card for this challenge.

I typed/formatted and printed out the sentiment on a card panel. Drew the branch at the top. Outlined the branch with a black marker and colored it with my pencil colors. Distressed the BG with blue and green distress inks.
I colored a white panel with yellow, orange, brown distress inks. Punched out leaves using my Carl punch of maple leaf.
Arranged the leaves on the card.
Stamped, colored and fussy cut the elephant. Adhered the elephant at the bottom of the card holding one leaf with his trunk.
I took a pastel yellow Top folding card. Put strips of washi tapes on either side and mounted my card front on this base.

Thank you for dropping by.

hello friend

I am here with a new CAS card creation.
For this card, I have used the Wplus9 Hainpainted florals stamp set.

I have been hoarding this stamp set for quite a while now, but never had the courage to use it.
Today, came across some lovely creation that inspired me to make something out of this set.

Here's my card

On a white card panel, I stamped the floral layers from the stamp set. I began by stamping the biggest flower twice next to each other. The second biggest was stamped once. Then came the leaves, the tiny flowers, and all the fillers. For all the stamping I used a combination of Dye Inks and Pigment inks(Listed below). After the layering all the stamps, I trimmed the card panel and mounted it on a pastel green CS. Stamped the sentiment. Lastly, added few dew drops to add some elements to the card.

Few more pictures

The inks used by me are as follows -

Pink flowers layered as - Versacraft Bubble gum ->Distress oxide Worn lipstick -> Lawn Fawn Plastic Flamingo dye ink
Yellows layered as - Lawn Fawn Sunflower dye ink -> LawnFawn Carrot dye ink
Greens layered as - Lawn Fawn Celery stick dye ink -> Lawn Fawn Freshly cut grass dye ink
Blues - LawnFawn Merman dye ink -> LawnFawn Peacock dye ink

Thank you for dropping by.

I would really appreciate any kind of feedback from you.
